Tim Thomas is the creator of Breathwork In Bed (BIB), a program designed to improve sleep and connection.
He is a veteran who served in the Special Forces in Afghanistan. His military service highlighted the importance of human connection and the impact of daily habits on success. He also saw the importance of improving sleep quality, especially for veterans with PTSD.
Tim collaborated with the Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation to create MT (Military Transition) READY, a tool to help veterans transition to civilian work.
He volunteers with the National Fire Industry Association (NFIA), raising funds for medical research.
Tim uses breathwork, ice baths, and exercise for personal growth and mental health. He discovered breathwork improved his sleep quality.
Tim's programs focus on removing blockages that impede the connection between self and others to improve sleep quality.
His goal is to change the cultural acceptance of poor sleep quality and help people understand that quality rest equals quality performance.
Tim Thomas is also the author of "Fight Flight Feel".
